Our goals are to reduce carbon emissions from fossil fuels used in crop and food dehydration, improve the health of small/mid-size growers, and processors and their families, and reduce cost in food dehydration through the use of improved renewable energy powered technologies.
Additionally, we would be proactive from the onset in developing efficient methods to reclaim and repurpose the materials utilized in the manufacture of our products, so that they do not become pollutants of the environment.
We envisage that the DEHYMELEON™ will play a key role in meeting the energy demands of food processing and energy needs of developing countries, remote country dwellers, recreational camps and relief camps. We are eager to bring this product to the market and to see the smiles it brings to many homes.
